Designing and Sending Your Artwork or Rough Sketch

Sit down in a quiet place and think about all of the important details that you want to see in your emblem design. Maybe an event name and date is very important. Maybe a logo is important. After you have put your design together as a color graphic or a rough sketch, please scan and e-mail to us. We can accept photos or scanned images in any standard PC format (JPG is preferred).  You can email or fax us your design or drawing along with your thread color choices. If this is not possible then one of our customer service representatives will be happy to discuss and help you with your new design over the phone and then e-mail you an artist's sketch of  your new embroidered emblem within a few days.

Please remember that here at The Moritz Embroidery Works, Inc. we never charge for artwork.

Artwork Requirements

When emailing your embroidered patch design to us, please send your file as a JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PSD, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. We do not require or need special line art files.

Patch backing types available:

PVC Plastic Backs for sew on and stabilization purposes are free of charge on all emblem sizes without asking.

Heat Seal ( Iron On ) Backing

Add 0.05 each for 2.0” Emblems   

Add 0.10 each for 3.0” Emblems   

Add 0.15 each for 4.0” Emblems   

Peel & Stick ( Stick On ) Backing

Add 0.12 each for 2.0” Emblems   

Add 0.18 each for 3.0” Emblems   

Add 0.22 each for 4.0” Emblems   

Velcro (Hook or Loop) Sewn On Backing

Colors Available: Black, White, Red, OD Green & Tan

Add 0.20 each for 2.0” Emblems   

Add 0.30 each for 3.0” Emblems

Add 0.40 each for 4.0” Emblems   

Magnetic Backs
